Charges on your device are only possible by double clicking the side button with the amount showing on the screen, followed by authorization using FaceID/TouchID or Passcode. It is not something that can be done by accident. If you started a free trial, you must cancel that trial at least 24 hours before that trial period ends to avoid a subscription. If you are the Organizer of a Family Plan using Purchase Sharing, then you have authorized other members to charge your payment method. If you share your Apple ID with someone else, they can make charges to your Apple Account as well.

Provide screenshots of the above links and the exact description of the charge you see on your billing statement and we can assist further.

This is a scam phone number. It is not Apple billing you. Your payment method (credit/debit card) has been compromised and the scammers are disguising the charges. The bank that issued the payment method approved the charge(s), it’s not Apple.

Please call the phone on the back of your card and report the fraud.

Just for the record, that phone number is not Apple and it never has been. The phone number is a scam. Your credit/debit card has been compromised. You need to immediately report it to the bank that issued the credit card. Use the phone number on the back of the card. But whatever you do, do not call the number, or respond in anyway.

Dispute the charges with your bank. Your card has been compromised, either through a phishing message/email or the card number was skimmed from a payment terminal. These skimmers are most common at gas stations where the thieves can install them overnight without much interruption, but can also be installed on ATM's and retailer terminals.

It may be a fraudulent charge. Have you looked at your account to determine if the charge is actually from Apple?

Hello I have been charged for about two months every two weeks 7.99

for games and i never order that. I need it to stop and a refund back to my card
