How do I report a game in App Store that is bait and switch scam?

I did not purchase nor downloaded it I just keep seeing the ad for it and looked up the reviews for it and read that it’s a bait and switch scam that the developers know it is. I just want to report it and hopefully the ads for it will stop. The game is Age of Apes.
