iScanner is a SCAM

I downloaded iScanner and the app kept loading. Everytime I clicked on Free Trial (3 days) and accepted it with my Apple ID it just kept loading and loading. I immediately went to my Subscriptions to check if it was there, even though the app didnt even open! It just kept loading. Of course I immediately canceled it and I am STILL BEING CHARGED! I read the reviews on App Store a little bit too late and everybody confirmed that this app is indeed a SCAM. There are comments from 4 years ago talking about this and Apple still allows this scam app to appear on the Apple Store. I want my refund and to permanently block this app.
