Scam ads on App Store game

How do I report a scam ad that appeared in game if it is a free game? The scam and fraud report link only lets me report if it’s a paid product but surely the App Store wants to know about scam ads being served!

How do I report a game in App Store that is bait and switch scam? I did not purchase nor downloaded it I just keep seeing the ad for it and looked up the reviews for it and read that it’s a bait and switch scam that the developers know it is. I just want to report it and hopefully the ads for it will stop. The game is Age of Apes.

Scams on App ads I think I've been scammed when I responded to an ad that came up when using an app on my iphone. The transaction with webelam.com went through straightaway in my bank account, but I've had no confirmatory email etc. Am I able to report this ad to Apple?
