Apple watch badge with incorrect data

I need some help with the following issue:

I have some apple watch badges that show out of date data.

e.g. my fastest 5k shows as : 33:45 although I have ran faster 5k since that time and have been captured via the apple watch “outdoor run” workout.

Similarly, my fastest 10k has wrong data, although I have recorded faster 10k’s.

I have tried many times during the last 6+ months to do the below:

reset data

calibrate data

reset apple watch

bought new phone

The workouts that should have overwritten the current metrics have taken place all these 6 months, with the latest ~ 2 weeks ago.

what do you recommend?
