Apple Watch - deleting erroneous awards

I was trying to log some manual exercise data and made an error and have been awarded an exercise award for 1200 minutes. I have managed to delete the erroneous data but the award remains.

I have seen a few queries along similar lines. @Apple - can we get an update to the software that allows you to either manually delete awards or ties awards back to data i.e. if the data no longer exists the reward is updated?

It does seem to be a fairly common question and surely can’t be hard to address?
