iOS 16 Time off by 1 minute

Usually in the 40-50 minute mark, my phone's time always gets behind a minute, it's 12:54 on the upper-left clock and it's 12:55 on the home screen clock. I have no profiles installed, time and date set correctly, and I am on the latest update. Is my at&t prepaid causing this issue, or is apple currently fixing this bug? Has anyone else experienced this?
