HELP! My phone's time on the upper left corner gets behind 1 minute

Usually on my phone, the time usually syncs to the world clock. Let's say for example it's 1:12 P.M, but it says 1:11 on the upper left clock on the phone. I am on the latest update (IOS 16.3), no profiles installed, and everything normally working. Is it just me, or is my AT&T prepaid is what causing this issue? Has anyone else experienced this glitch? Thanks!
