I have 30 min delay on time on my phone clock
for example now the time is 16:15
but the time on my phone is 15:45

What troubleshooting steps have you tried? Is your time set to automatically change in settings?
And is your iPhone updated to current?
Some places (🇱🇧, 🇪🇬, 🇨🇱, 🇵🇸, etc) have recently shifted their timezone definitions.
I know that but i stay in Dubai no time zone shifting and this 30 min not 1 hour
It’s automatic but i can not change to manual
