Album artwork doesn't match iPhone after synching to iTunes on a new PC.

I just transferred all of my music from iTunes running on my old my old PC to a fresh download of iTunes on my new PC. Both my old and new PCs are running Windows 10. That worked fine and all of my music and album artwork is now available and correctly matched in iTunes on the new PC. However, when I synched my iPhone 13 Pro (iOS 16.3.1), all of my album artwork did not synch properly with my music and the artwork is sometimes correct but more often mismatched to the music. This seems to have been a known (and unresolved?) issue with prior versions of iOS, but I have not been able to find a fix. What a mess. I mostly consume music on my phone and have used iTunes for organization of playlists, etc.

I just found the "solution" below in the Apple community, but it did not work for me. It did clean up some of the artwork mismatches, but it is mostly still a mess.

i did find a solution after talking to multiple Apple service folks. On my iPhone, I signed out of my iTunes account . Then after signing back in all the art corrected itself. Do this: Start at Settings, then tap on your initials at the top, then it takes you to a screen where you can click on Media & Purchases. Then log out. Then log in again. It fixes immediately.
