Suica card failed to add wallet

I just tried to add a Suica card to my wallet and it failed to add but charged the funds for the card. What is the issue and how do I get the card added or money refunded?

Wallet Suica card transaction, did not get money I add money to Suica train card through apple wallet on July 14 2023 around 18:14 o clock. But I did not get the 5000 yen for the Suica card. Money was deducted from the Bank account (Mizuho bank debit card has linked to the apple wallet) but I did not receive for the Suica card At least, it is not showing in wallet transaction. I asked it from Suica card side and Bank also, Bank also not get me proper answer they direct me for various other sides to ask. Finally I have only confirm from apple wallet side only. Suica Card have invalid transaction through Apple Pay I tried to add suica card when I was in Japan, during the process, I charged the card with the credit card I added in the Wallet App. But the internet was terrible, and it said something like can not connect, and failed. But it charged my bank account, and the amount did not add to the suica card. I can not find any way to make a refund on the failed transactions. I contacted the bank, they said I have to contact the suica card company, but I could not find any contact information for suicaa card customer service. I am currently back to Europe. I also called Apple, Apple said they cant do anything.

Failed attempts to add money are temporary charges that are cleared within 24 hrs, it may take more time for your bank to show the cancellation. VISA not currently working for adding money to Suica or PASMO, use Mastercard or AMEX
