Wallet Suica card transaction, did not get money

I add money to Suica train card through apple wallet on July 14 2023 around 18:14 o clock. But I did not get the 5000 yen for the Suica card.

Money was deducted from the Bank account (Mizuho bank debit card has linked to the apple wallet) but I did not receive for the Suica card

At least, it is not showing in wallet transaction. I asked it from Suica card side and Bank also, Bank also not get me proper answer they direct me for various other sides to ask. Finally I have only confirm from apple wallet side only. Please give me proper answer what should I do?
