Brightness Keeps Changing On Macbook Pro While Working

Hello I just bought the MacBook Pro 14" Laptop M2 Pro chip and the past month since I have noticed while I am continuously working on my Macbook the brightness keeps changing. Is this normal? Even during when I am doing work and the Macbook is not idle watching a video or anything. I know it could be cause of auto brightness turned on, but just wondering if its normal when you are continuously working on the Macbook the brightness will adjust?

If your brightness is adjusting by itself, you may have your preferences set to automatically adjust brightness.

"Automatically adjust brightness

If your Mac has an ambient light sensor, choose Apple menu > System Settings, then click Displays in the sidebar. (You may need to scroll down.)
Turn on “Automatically adjust brightness” on the right.

If you don’t see the “Automatically adjust brightness” option, you can manually adjust the brightness." Change your Mac display’s brightness
