iPhone SE 2 stuck charging at 90%

Few days ago, i charged my iphone se 2 in the car when the street is jam packed. it was at 26%, and it took me to the destination for about more than 1hr and half but the battery is still at 90%. usually it took less than 1hr to be fully charged. since then when i’m charging my phone it’ll stuck at 90%. is there any solution to this problem? (just now i restarted my phone, turned off Optimized Battery charging and it’s changed to 95%. charged for another 1hr but still stuck on 95%
