Battery not charging past 48%

Hi my iPhone 13 shows it’s charging, takes hours to get to 48% then stops even though lightening bolt still showing! Cable is fine it charges me iPad, I cleaned out charging port ! Have done a software update, restarted phone a few times still not going past 48% ! Any ideas ?

Perform a Forced Restart. Follow the instructions very carefully.

Force restart iPhone - Apple Support

There are 2 possible results:

1) The phone returns to normal operation

2) The phone has a hardware problem that will need attention at the Apple Store or authorized Apple Service shop
