My iPhone 13 not getting charged more than 33% I have charged with different charger but Its not getting more than 33%
I am using apple original changer and cable also tried to apple certified charger.
Please suggest.

Testing with another cable and power adapter was an excellent troubleshooting step per the following resource: If your iPhone or iPod touch won't charge - Apple Support
If you haven't already done so, you can also restart your iPhone using the steps below:
1. Press and hold either volume button and the side button until the power-off slider appears.
2. Drag the slider, then wait 30 seconds for your device to turn off. If your device is frozen or unresponsive, force restart your device.
3. To turn your device back on, press and hold the side button (on the right side of your iPhone) until you see the Apple logo.

Should that still persist, you'll want to reach out to Apple Support: Apple Support They'll be in the best position to look into this behavior further.
