After updating to Ventura OS 13.2, my dock is different. I figured out how to remove icons I don't want but it won't let me rearrange the ones I do want. I need specifics please. Drag and drop does nothing - Do I use one finger, two, some other way? I cannot get them to move at all. Help please. (I saw on older posts suggestions regarding what I will call programming - enter this command or that. I cannot do that stuff.) Thanks.
