Cant click through to links in mails and invites - DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN

We understand you see an error message when trying to click on links in emails. You also mentioned using Chrome. First, we'd recommend trying to open those links in Safari. The error message you noted is more specific to Chrome. We want to see if Safari either opens the link, or give you an error about "Safari can't find the server". This will rule out if it's a Chrome issue or something else.

1. Open an email that contains a link.
2. Right click or Control + click on the link.
3. Choose Open With > Safari.

If the link opens with Safari, the issue is specific to Chrome. We'd recommend using Safari from this point. A way to test if the link itself is the issue, do the following:

1. Open an email that contains a link.
2. Right click or Control + click on the link.
3. Choose Copy Link.
4. Open Safari.
5. Paste the link into the address field with either Control + V or right click to choose Paste.
6. Press enter.

If the link still fails to load when you've pasted it, that would indicate the link is most likely the issue. We'd recommend reaching out to whomever emailed you the link. We look forward to hearing how your testing goes.
