My iPad Pro recognizes my wife’s voice.

Per an earlier thread on the subject, I reset Siri. My iPad Pro recognizes my voice every time. It also continues responding to my wife’s voice. For example, she’ll be holding her iPhone 11, asking it to set a timer while I’m 15 feet away, using my iPad. Her iPhone ignores the request and my iPad acknowledges and sets a timer.

We have separate Apple ID’s but do subscribe to Apple One. But, I’m pretty sure this behavior existed before we signed up for Apple One….

Hi dgvinton,

Thanks for posting in Apple Support Communities.

We understand that your iPad is responding to your wife's requests. If you have already updated to the latest software version and restarted to address simply software issues, turn off "Hey Siri" in Settings > Siri & Search and set it up again. Contact Apple Support to investigate if this behavior continues.
