How to turn off watch notifications while leaving phone notifications on?

Hello,

While I like to use sleep tracking on my watch I can't have my phone on sleep mode because I need to be awoken if calls come through. At the same time, I don't want calls or texts to come through on my watch while it's on sleep mode. How do I accomplish this? It seems that I can allow all calls and texts to come through during sleep mode, but than I get notifications on both devices. So in summary, when in sleep tracking mode I only want to receive notifications (calls and texts) on my phone and for my watch to be silent. Thanks for any support.
