Notifications on Watch and Phone simultaneously

Is there a way to set notifications so that they continue to alarm on iPhone whether I am wearing my Apple Watch or not? I need messages to wake me at night even if I am wearing The watch. The notification is not loud or long enough on the watch.

Notifications through iPhone and Apple Watch I have an iPhone 13 and an Apple Watch Series 7. At night I set my iPhone to do not disturb, which also automatically sets my watch to do not disturb. I have an exemption for one app, my baby monitor app, to allow notifications. This app makes a tweeting noise when there is a notification. For some reason though when there is a notification its pinging through my watch very quietly and I can't hear it while I'm sleeping. The ringer on my phone is on and the ringer volume is all the way up. How do I get the notification to come through on my phone instead of my watch?

Notifications When wearing an Apple Watch, all the notifications go to the watch and none are heard on the phone. Is there any way to get notifications on both? The only way I found to do that is to disable "wrist detection" on the watch but then some health apps won't work.

How to turn off watch notifications while leaving phone notifications on? Hello, While I like to use sleep tracking on my watch I can't have my phone on sleep mode because I need to be awoken if calls come through. At the same time, I don't want calls or texts to come through on my watch while it's on sleep mode. How do I accomplish this? It seems that I can allow all calls and texts to come through during sleep mode, but than I get notifications on both devices. So in summary, when in sleep tracking mode I only want to receive notifications (calls and texts) on my phone and for my watch to be silent. Thanks for any support.
