Unable to play Arcade game in Apple One

Hello,

Im having a problem with playing games in Arcade in Apple One. Im in a family with 5 other people (I am not the family starter) and all the other 5 people don't have any problem. Apple Music and TV+ is working without any problem. I can download a game in the arcade store but I am not able to play. The message I receive is: You cannot invite more other users. You have to many family members invited for your group. This problem is on my iPhone but also on my MacBook. How to solve? Already contacted Apple support but not any solution..
