Apple arcade not working on mac

I am having Apple One family sharing subscription. Now I am unable to download arcade games. When I click on “get” it redirects me to arcade landing page and I see two options: “start playing” and “not now”. When I click on start playing, it takes me back to the previous page. I have seen that others are also facing this issue. Has anybody found the solution? i have restarted my mac, signed in and out of the app store, fixed icloud issues, and used terminal but nothing fixed it. i am able to play all the games on my iphone but it crashes so i cant really play them so it sucks that i cant play on mac when it’s supposed to run it .-.
