Arcade not working

I have the arcade subscription and it’s active. I use family sharing. when I try to download any game it does come a screen saying “start playing” and when I tap on it nothing happened . I have my arcade games I installed before this problem and working. I tried 3 Different iPhone with my apple id and It didn't work at all. What should I do?!
