E-Sim

Hi, I have a primary Dutch Phone number and Data plan. But since I am in the USA for a long time and the Mobile Data from my Dutch Contract feels like it's getting squeezed to a slow speed, I wanted to get a American Phone number as well.

I was thinking to do this via E-Sim just like I have right now for my dutch plan.

Can I receive phone calls from both numbers on the same time, or just from the one that activated?
