Intermittent audio distortion on Apple TV

I have 3 Apple TV’s and on just one of them, no matter what app I’m watching, the sound will often go from normal to being distorted — like a warbling garbled audio track. Happens several times a day. All I have to do is press pause and play and it goes back to normal, but it can happen a few times during one episode of a show, so it’s annoying. I’ve had Apple TV’s since they first came out and have never had this problem until a few months ago. I see other people have been having it, too, with no permanent fixes. Any ideas?
