Can't Keep Junk Mail Filtering Enabled in Mail
I'm not able to keep junk mail filtering enabled on my MacBook Pro. After checking the "enable junk mail filtering" box and setting the other junk mail options, upon closing mail and reopening it, the "enable junk mail filtering" box is unchecked.
I've tried logging out of my account and back in, restarting, and resetting my junk mail filtering options, and nothing has worked.
I have a new MacBook Pro, and set it up as a new Mac.
I have three mail accounts (iCloud, gmail and Comcast).
On my old MacBook Pro, I had no problems with this feature in mail.
Any suggestions? I've perused the community and Apple Support articles, and can't find anything on point.
