Touch id

I created my fingerprint for touch on my new iPad Air. However, the touch button id button is located in the upper left of my screen, with most of the hanging off the screen so I cannot use it. How do I move the Touch ID so it fully visible?

The Touch ID on the iPad is on the external Sleep/Touch ID button. It can not be moved.
