How do I restore Touch ID on iPhone after iOS 18.3 update?

Touch id disappeared after Ios 18.3 update. Checked the screentime area and it isn’t even showing. How do I get the fingerprint option back?

Touch ID not working on iPhone SE with iOS 18.2.1 The description covers most of it. I know my fingerprint hasn't changed (no new cuts etc and it still works just fine on my MacBook Pro). It doesn't open my phone, it doesn't open my apps. I tried to find a way to restart it by entering a new fingerprint but I CAN'T cuz it won't let me do that until I unlock the process using my Touch ID. AAAUUUGGHHHHH! The current version is iOS 18.3.1 update your iPhone then check screen time restrictions again and make sure Touch ID says allowed then turn off restrictions
