Youtube App Stuttering 4K HDR - iPhone 14 Pro Max

I uploaded a 4K HDR video on youtube and when I play the video on my iPhone 14 Pro Max it stutters a lot

I also tried playing the same video on my Sony 4K HDR Smart TV and there’s no issue playing it.

I have a very fast Fiber Internet with 600Mbps connection so I believe the issue is either on IOS or iPhone or Youtube App side. My setup again is below:

• iPhone 14 Pro Max (IOS 16.3)
• IOS Youtube App
• Manually selected resolution of 4K HDR
• Fiber Internet up to 600Mbps Download/Upload
