I have iphone 13 and YouTube videos 720 60fps and above are stuttering. I tried apple tv it was fine but since it doesn’t have 60fps so i tried daily motion and 60 fps videos were fine. How to solve it ?

These weren't solutions - I'm trying to tell you that there is no solution at the moment. There are hundreds of reports of this issue online and the only solution is Apple fixing the bug with ProMotion that causes this stutter (on a wide range of devices on iOS 16).

This issue is there on other devices using ProMotion on iOS and iPadOS 16+ too - games are unplayably laggy on M2 iPads and iPhone 14 PM despite excellent optimization by the biggest companies in the industry.
The issue isn't with apps, it's OS 16 that broke smoothness across a whole range of applications due to ProMotion continually bugging out and dropping the refresh rate when it shouldn't. iPhone 12 looks smoother than an M2 iPad when it comes to gaming and despite hundreds of reports of this online, and submissions to Feedback Assistant and Feedback, no word out of Apple so far other than that they apparently acknowledged it in Nov 22.
I also had the same problem from iOS 15.4 and till now Apple has not confirmed this problem. This probable the last time I will buy apple products.
