Bugs

I have seen a Couple of bugs such as the camera is constantly loosing focus, the wifi turns on and off, and some apps are constantly going down. I wonder if its a software bug and the next one will fix this or not. Or should i ask for a new one.

Ive searched it online and it looks like several people have the same Issue.

iPhone 14 Pro, iOS 16

Hey there Elisa1045,

Thanks for reaching out to the Apple Support Communities.

We'd be happy to help with troubleshoot the issues you're experiencing.

To get started, if having issues with the camera on your iPhone not focusing as expected, give the steps listed in the following resource a try that may help: If the camera or flash on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch isn't working - Apple Support

If you want to try more steps on your own
If you prefer, here are some more steps you can try on your own if the camera isn't working. You might still need to contact Apple Support after following these steps.
1. If the photo is blurry, clean the front and back camera lenses with a microfiber cloth. If you see dirt or debris inside the lens or if the camera lens appears to be misaligned or blocked, contact Apple Support to discuss service options.
2. Restart your iPhoneiPad, or iPod touch
3. Test the camera again by taking a photo. If your device has a front and rear camera, check if one or both isn’t working. To switch cameras, tap the rotate button .

Contact Apple Support
If the camera or flash still isn't working properly, contact Apple Support to discuss service options.

For issues with apps not responding and closing unexpectedly, check out this next link here: If an app on your iPhone or iPad stops responding, closes unexpectedly, or won’t open - Apple Support

1. Close and reopen the app
Force the app to close. Then open the app to see if it works as expected.

2. Restart your device
Restart your iPhone or restart your iPad. Then open the app to see if it works as expected.

3. Check for updates
To see if updates are available for the app, open the App Store, tap your profile icon, then scroll down to see if updates are available. If updates aren't available for the app, update the software on your iPhone or iPad.

4. Delete the app, then redownload it
Delete the app. When you do this, you might lose data that was stored in the app. Then redownload the app. Then check to see if the problem with the app is fixed.

If apps continue to close unexpectedly after going through the steps above, and the issue is occurring when using third-party apps, you may need to reach out to the app developer who can provide additional information or possible troubleshooting steps. This next resource can provide steps with how to reach out to the app developer: How to contact an app developer - Apple Support

As for help with troubleshooting issues with your Wi-Fi disconnecting unexpectedly, give the steps shown in this resource a try: If your iPhone or iPad won't connect to a Wi-Fi network - Apple Support

While we understand you're not having issues with connecting to Wi-Fi, the steps above may help with troubleshooting other network issues you're experiencing. Lastly, if the steps above are unable to help with the Wi-Fi disconnecting unexpectedly, it's possible that the issue may be related to some wireless interference causing your iPhone to not stay connected. For help with identifying and resolving issues related to wireless interference check out this link here: Resolve Wi-Fi and Bluetooth issues caused by wireless interference - Apple Support

Symptoms of wireless interference
Any of these symptoms could be caused by interference affecting the Wi-Fi or Bluetooth signal:
- Device doesn't connect or stay connected
- Connection is slow and signal strength  is low

Keep us updated on the results after going through the steps above.

Take care!
