Consistent iOS bugs on iPhone 14 Pro Max after iOS 17 update

Ever since I updated my new iphone 14 pro max to ios 17, I have been experiencing consistent bugs and lag. To list a short few: jittering when scrolling at low speeds, low fps animations when deleting photos, a random x button appearing and floating to the top right of the screen when closing tabs in safari, always on display mode failing to work occasionally even though it is constantly on and low fps animations when looking at all my open apps/tabs. I have tried every troubleshooting method. Factory reset and restore from backup, set up as new iphone. Does not fix anything. Called apple support and it is not a hardware problem. If these bugs were just consistent id be fine with it and be patient and wait for future updates to fix them, but I gain new bugs almost every week that no one else has reported. I cannot go to an apple store as they do not have any in my country and I am completely stumped. Anyone else experiencing this problem? It would put my heart at rest if someone else experienced this and knows a fix

Thanks for answering. Im not very knowledgeable in phone issues so I apologize about the mix up between bugs and independent issues. I originally made this post to see if someone else had this problem and did not mention it. All the details about the problems I personally have are listed in the original post. Only new problem is when I tap my phone to turn on the screen when it is in AOD mode, it is occasionally missing the screen brightness animation. Does anyone know where I can go to get these problems troubleshooted that isnt an apple store? Thanks.
