Very strange camera bug on iPhone 13 Pro ios 16.5

So this bug started before installing iOS 16.5, a few weeks ago I switched the camera from front facing to back on Snapchat, the app froze and I closed the app. When I opened the app again I had a completely black screen and the camera wouldn't take a picture, so I opened the camera app, same problem but the green light to indicate the camera is on was showing. Tried every app that uses the camera, exact same problem, camera opens up but have a black screen and the shutter does not work.

I have restarted the phone, factory reset the phone, updated the phone, deleted and re installed Snapchat and still nothing. On a few occasions my camera has just started working again but as soon as I switch the camera from front to back or vice versa, everything freezes and cameras are down again.

Does anyone know anything about this and how I can solve it?
