Screen black/unresponsive
During the call my phone screen black and unresponsive on my iphone 13 with ios 16.3
I've tried a complete factory reset (no screen protector).
please help me out of this issue.

Thank you for participating in the Apple Support Communities. We understand your screen goes black and unresponsive when on calls. Were these the steps you followed to restore to factory settings? Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings. If so, you and you set the device up as new without restoring a backup and the issue persists, then it may be a hardware issue and we recommend contacting Apple Support to look into your options: Contact Apple Support. They can run a diagnostic which may help determine if it's a hardware issue.
