iPhone 11 pro max stuck in black screen during call on IOS 16.1.1

Hi,

After update to iOS 16 i have very strange behaviour in calls.

For example its fine if call recipient ends call from his phone, but if i have to end call it is impossible without taking off sim card or connecting headphones, because phone just stops to respond at all to ANYTHING (any buttons, any button combinations or touch), even stays in clack screen when i tried to connect to my mac.

Lest cut all stupid recommendations to clean something like screen, because my phone is clean and this black screen problem started after update from perfectly working iOS 15 to iOS 16.

And another thing - "reduced motion" doesn't help .

Thanks for reaching out to the community. Are you noticing the issue with multiple contacts or a certain one? Does the issue return immediately after restarting the iPhone? Make sure you follow the steps and article below if your iPhone becomes unresponsive.

"Press and quickly release the volume up button.
Press and quickly release the volume down button.
Press and hold the side button until you see the Apple logo".

I have not tried that method below, but in anyway it not a solution...

"

It happens with all contacts and even those numbers that are not added as a contact.

Yes, this issue returns immediately after restart.
