Apple support does not provide the answer. On FaceTime, I can see myself and the initials of the other person. The other person can see themselves and me. I have tried every option online that is present. Nothing works to date. Any other suggestions, please?

We'd be happy to point you in the best direction for a solution. Sounds like you've already worked with Apple Support on the matter, however if the support advisor you spoke with wasn't able to find a solution, you'd want to continue working with them til a resolution is reached, as they'll be best equipped to assist with this matter.
