Hi there,
Recently my iphone started behaving weirdly. it gets freeze and restart itself every 15 mins or so. i tried to update to iOS 16.2 but the problem remains. I cannot backup this to my PC (so that i can factory reset and restore) as during the backup the phone get freeze and restarted.
is it an iOS issue? any fix for the problem. I see people reporting similar problem so it has to do with some iOS bug?? Please advise.

Reply back to let us know what you find. Also let us know if the iPhone restarts without any interaction. For example, does it only seem to occur when you are using particular apps? Or at any point?

Thanks for the reply.
the maximum capacity shows 87% (battery health & recharging).
iPhone restarts even without any interaction every 15 mins or so. It randomly restarts without any indication (indication is it just freezes).
I don't think any particular app is causing this, the restart happens randomly whilst using any apps (youtube, google meet, safari, whatsapp etc..)
going through similar threads and internet posts, only solution seems to be to do a factory reset??
