Iphone SE Second Gen (2020) I recently loaded a credit card into my Iphone Wallet in order to use Apple Pay, but the phone does not appear to communicate with credit card pay stations. Only one credit card is loaded, and the card is indeed turned on. Is there something "unobvious" that needs to be turned on for the phone to communicate with the pay stations?

To help resolve your issue, remove the card from your Wallet, restart the iPhone and add the card back:

You can remove a debit or credit card from your device.
How to remove a payment card on your iPhone or iPad
1. In the Wallet app, tap the card that you want to remove.
2. Tap the More button, then tap Card Details

3. Scroll down and tap Remove This Card.
* In iOS 15 and iPadOS 15 and earlier, you don't see the option to tap Card Details.

1. On your Apple Watch, tap the Wallet app.
2. Tap the card that you want to remove.
3. Scroll down and tap Remove.
How to remove a payment card on your Mac with Touch ID
1. Go to System Settings (or System Preferences) > Wallet & Apple Pay.
2. Click the card that you want to remove.
3. Click the Remove button.
