I cant pay for goods instore using my apple pay.
I have made sure I'm signed in, I have updated all software, checked all settings are correct (mirrored the settings on my husbands phone), I've turned device off and on, and I've deleted all my credit cards and re-added them.
Still it does not work.
I double tap and select the card but the card machine does not read my phone.
Any ideas.

It isn't declined, it isn't read by the card machine.
The machine just doesn't respond to the card that I have selected.
I have 4 cards saved and its the same with them all.
I've even removed the phone from the case incase it was that blocking the signal.

I have the exact same problem, Apple support couldn't help and I even got it to a lab service how couldn't fix the problem either..
My Apple Pay stopped working about a year ago. A week ago I had to get a new SIM card and I just tried my Apple Pay and it works. Not sure if correlated but 🤷♀️
