Hey Siri not working with new airpod pro gen 2. Siri works on iphone 12 and 14 until connected to airpods. Can hold stem and can here siri *ding* but no response like microphone not working. All settings correct.

I have had this issue before and have a fix that has worked for me. You have to go into settings and navigate to the Siri settings. After this, I disabled all of Siri and reenabled it. This fixed all my issues and it may fix yours.
