Hello anotherapple-user0101,
Welcome to the Apple Support Communities!
For help with your Apple TV remote, check out the guidance and support offered on this page: If your Siri Remote or Apple TV Remote isn't working - Apple Support. This page offers information and steps to complete if your Apple TV remote isn't working as expected.
Try these steps first
1. Charge your remote for 30 minutes using a USB-C to USB or Lightning to USB cable and a USB wall charger.
2. Unplug your Apple TV from the wall power outlet. Wait at least six seconds, then plug it back in.
If the volume buttons on your Apple TV remote stop working, learn what to do.
If you have an iPhone or iPad, as a workaround, you can also set up and use the Apple TV Remote app. Here's a guide to help: Set up the Apple TV Remote on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support. This is always nice to have as an option in the case that the batteries are running low, or you cannot locate your remote.
We hope this information helps you out.
Cheers!
