Try an SMC reset if Intel or restart if M1.

Also try a NVRAM reset if it is an Intel model.

I am using an iMac Retna 5K 27" 2017. Running macOS Ventura
The reset of the NVRAM and SMC worked. My hub is being accessed properly. Thanks for the recommendation.
