I would try and reset the SMC as well as an NVRAM reset.

and also Reset NVRAM or PRAM on your Mac - Apple Support

Macbook ports are not working. Macbook ports are not working. I tried resetting SMC, NVRAM, but it didn't work. I'm 99% sure that issue isn't in hardware, just a few days ago all ports worked. I tried everything and don't know what to do now.

Hi There my ports on my Macbook Pro doesnt seem to work. Can you help So i own a macbook Pro 13inch 2017 with two thunderbolt 3 ports. I use samsung extrenal drive on a regular basis but for some reason today the ports doesnt seem to work as they not appearing on my desktop. Infact nothing i put into the two ports seem to work. Which make me believe its my ports that is faulty
