Microsoft Office 365 Personal purchased from Apple Store no longer working

Hi everyone,

I purchased Microsoft Office 365 Personal from Apple Store in July 2022 and as of yesterday everything stopped working. Whenever I open Word/PPT/Excel, the apps tell me that I need to subscribe and activate and takes me to Microsoft site

I've uninstalled and installed the apps from Apple Store (I do have them under 'Purchased') and I am still getting the same results. I've checked my other Mac devices for older versions of Office 365 apps and they are all clear.

Does anybody have this problem?

From the details you shared, we understand that it asks to subscribe and activate those apps on a Microsoft link it loads, but the same apps on other devices work without any issues.

If that's right, we'd like to confirm further details about the issue, along with ruling out some possible causes:

Since you're using the latest macOS 13.0.1, we also recommend making sure that all apps are up to date: How to manually update apps on your Apple device
Are you using the same Apple ID signed into the App Store as on your other devices?
