Microsoft Office 365 Personal purchased from Apple Store no longer working
Hi everyone,
I purchased Microsoft Office 365 Personal from Apple Store in July 2022 and as of yesterday everything stopped working. Whenever I open Word/PPT/Excel, the apps tell me that I need to subscribe and activate and takes me to Microsoft site
I've uninstalled and installed the apps from Apple Store (I do have them under 'Purchased') and I am still getting the same results. I've checked my other Mac devices for older versions of Office 365 apps and they are all clear.
Does anybody have this problem?
