Microsoft 365 installation on Macbook pro with M1 chip

I recently upgraded from intel based to Apple Silicon based Mac book pro running Ventura 13.1. My Desktop excel app keeps asking me to "fix my account" every time I use premium features like Stock data type etc. I have reinstalled Microsoft 365 at least 5 times to no avail. Can someone help me through this installation so that my desktop apps, especially Excel 365, runs as it did on my earlier intel based Mac book pro did.
