I am on a MB Air M2. Since recently I can't install any application from the App store. Every time I try to install it, this popup shows:
And thats it. I can't confirm anything, I cant click anything. I have payment information setup in my account. And also bought different apps. Now I cant install anything from the app store.

Mee neither. Already logged out and in again, restarted, etc. Interestingly it did work for one app though – maybe because I had installed it before.
Would be interesting to know whether it only affects the German App Store.
UPDATE: It seems to be a ui bug of some sort. When the App Store is the only active window, 4-finger-swipe up (show all windows or whatever it's called) on your trackpad and the install button will become visible. But you can't click it.
Discovered it by accident.
UPDATE 2: Probably should've tried it in the first place. :P Switching the App Store to full screen will unveil the install button!
