Apple Arcade can't download new games

Hello, I have 3 ipads and cannot download any new games from the arcade on them. I have re-added my billing info and also tried restarting the ipads. I click "GET" to download a game, the screen flickers to indicate it recognizes the tap but then doesn't progress to the next step. Thanks for your help
