Arcade games will not load

I just signed up and no matter what game I try to use, I get a message "Your request is taking longer than usual". I tried on my iPad and my iPhone 12 and get the message. My daughter who has the same iPad as me and hers works just fine.

I made sure they were updated and I did a restart on both.

Apple Arcade Games Not Opening Every time I try to open any Apple Arcade game, despite all of these games working for me before on this phone, I get an error message after a couple of seconds that say, “This request is taking longer than usual” and my options are to try again or cancel. I have tried restarting my phone, as suggested here in other threads, and it has not solved anything, I still can’t access any of my games, and there is no one to reach out to or report it to, my only course of action is this forum.

Apple Arcade is not working I have an Apple One trial subscription (on one month), but Apple Arcade is not working on my iPhone. On others Apple device I can’t test this. My iPad is very old for Apple Arcade. When I open App Store —> Apple Arcade and try download games, Text about an offer to buy Apple Arcade appears, but Apple Arcade included with Apple One subscription. Games that I installed when I had only Apple Arcade is working, but now I can’t install others Apple Arcade games. sorry for my english :) I live in russia

Hi Msweeneytx,

There was a temporary issue with some Apple services that has since been resolved. If you haven't already, restart your devices again and try accessing the game.

Should you still receive the same message, contact Apple Support directly for assistance.
