The Apple Music app on Xbox One is experiencing an audio issue. some songs are extremely loud and others are very low. I already tried to configure the console and the tv but the problem continues. any way to fix it?

This may be the way the songs were mixed. However, you can try uninstalling the Apple Music app on the Xbox and downloading it again to test:
